Potato, bacon and raclette cheese pizza
Looking for comfy food? Here is a quick and gourmet recipe to prepare a potato, bacon and raclette cheese pizza
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Wash and dry with a cloth. Set aside.
2. Peel and slice the onions. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and fry the onions. When they are golden, remove them from the pan and fry the bacon. Set aside.
3.Remove the fat from the pan and wipe with paper towels. Put it back on the fire. Melt the butter with the remaining oil. Add the potato slices. Sauté over high heat until browned. Put the bacon and onions, reduce heat to low, add salt and pepper, stir and cover. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Preheat oven to th. 6/7 – 200°C. Roll out the 2 pizza doughs on a floured surface. Divide the potatoes, onions, bacon and add cheese slices. Fold slightly edges of the dough over the filling and transfer the pizza on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
