We suggest this classic pizza recipe: the four seasons pizza. Easy to make, it is perfect for an evening with friends.

1. Wash the yellow and green bell pepper, pat dry, remove seeds and cut into strips. Rinse, dry and slice the tomatoes. Cut into small pieces the artichoke hearts. Drain and cut the mozzarella. Preheat the oven to 240°C (th. 8).

2. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the peppers for 5 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. With a spatula, spread a layer of tomato sauce.

3. Arrange the vegetables and the mozzarella slices. Add black olives. Salt and pepper. Place in the oven to cook for 10 minutes.

4. Rinse, pat dry and thin out basil leaves, and arrange on the pizza. Serve hot.
