Egg fried rice with broccoli and pork

Here is a recipe to make fried rice with egg, broccoli and pork. Easy to make, this delicious dish is going to please everyone.

1. Cut the meat into fine strips. Place in a small bowl and add the fish sauce and half of the soy sauce. Leave to marinate in the fridge. Chop the broccoli into small pieces.

2. Cook the Thai rice, ideally in a steamer or in water for 10 minutes. Drain.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add the garlic and rice. Fry over high heat. Add the eggs and stir well while cooking. Add the meat and the broccoli then stir-fry until all is cooked.

4. Add the remaining soy sauce, sugar and cilantro. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and a pinch of chili powder on the rice. Serve.
