Here is an easy recipe to follow and prepare ginger pork meatballs. Enjoy!

1. Mix 700 g of ground pork with 1 egg white, 5 g of corn flour, 1 pinch of baking powder, 10 g ginger, 5 g of sugar and 5 cl soy sauce. Marinate 30 minutes.

2. Heat 5 cl oil in a pan, then place 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the pan. Flip it over and shape into a ball. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Repeat the operation with the remaining mixture.

3.Serve with a tomato sauce and a salad.
