1. Dice mozzarella and gorgonzola and the goat cheese into slices. Grate edam cheese with a large holes grater.

2. Arrange cheeses on crêpes. Fold and cook for 3 minutes in a hot pan, slightly coated with oil. Flip and cook for 3 more minutes.

3. Decorate plates with cherry tomatoes and chopped basil. Serve immediately.
