Follow our easy recipe and prepare a festive strawberry, ginseng and licorice drink.

General informations
Ingredients
1 Boil the milk with the licorice stick and the grated ginseng.
2. Add the cane syrup and off the heat let infused for 5 minutes.
3.Remove the licorice stick and filter the syrup. Leave to cool and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
4. Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut into small pieces.
5. Pour 20 cl of the drink into a glass and add the strawberries. Serve cold with straws.
