Strawberry cocktail

1. Wash and hull 200 g strawberries. Cut into pieces, put in the bowl of a blender and mix until a thick coulis.

2. Add the strawberry liqueur, rum, lemon juice, sugar and crushed ice. Blend at maximum power.

3. Pour the mixture into 6 glasses and place in the fridge.

4. Wash and dry the remaining strawberries. Cut them in half and thread them on small wooden skewers. Place the skewers on the glasses and serve chilled.
