Wondering where to take mom this Mother’s Day? We’ve done the work for you. Here are 5 stellar places to consider.

Xperience, Sofitel So

Xperience at Sofitel So Singapore has created a spectacular 4-course set menu with ingredients sourced specifically from France for the occasion. Available for brunch and dinner, guests will be served a welcome drink before having a refreshing starter of 'crab salad with caviar, pomelo and seaweed'. Next, dig into a 'seared foie gras and truffle emulsion with mushroom ravioli' - inspired by the chef's hometown in Bordeaux.
The piece de resistance of 'grilled scallop, lobster, fennel, orange and basil' is served for the main. To cap off the top notch meal, relish in a rich decontructed 'black forest' dessert with griotte cherries.
Mothers will also receive a makeup kit from Shiseido worth SGD47.
Price: SGD128++ to SGD168++ per person. Available on May 9 at 6.30pm to 10pm and on May 10 at 12pm to 3pm.

Forest

Take mum for a traditional Chinese meal at Forest in Equarius Hotel. Celebrity chef Sam Leong presents this 6-course dinner menu with wholesome dishes. Expect intricate dishes like 'ginseng sakura chicken soup' and 'sous-vide Norwegian salmon fillet'. Ginseng plays a large role in this menu for its anti-ageing properties.
Available from May 8 to May 10, there are also 4 to 8-course lunch menus from SGD59++ to SGD68++. Dinner costs SGD148++.

Absinthe on Boat quay

Choose between a 3-course set lunch (SGD38++) and a 4-course set dinner (SGD58++) at Absinthe this Mother's Day. Pick fine French dishes like 'homemade duck rillette', 'duck leg confit with salardaise potatoes' or 'pan seared seabass with beurre blanc'. End your meal with with classic desserts like creme brulee or an Inaya 65% chocolate mousse.
There is even a special set menu for children.
For Mother's Day, Absinthe will also be holding its own macaron baking class from 12pm onwards at SGD38++ per person.

Celebrate Mother's Day with this a la carte buffet brunch at Indocafe. Known for their stellar Nyonya cuisine, you can look forward traditional delights like kuih pie tee, rempah itek - braise spiced duck and delicious Nyonya kuihs to end the meal.
Mums will also get a box of 6 hand-crafted pralines infused with Peranakan flavours.
Price: SGD48++ per adult and SGD24++ per child below 12.
