To enjoy for dessert or as small snack, the meringue is very light and very fine. We have asked all sweet tooth how to improve and make this little original treat?

Many of you use icing sugar, it improves the egg whites till stiff peaks.

Priscilla likes to use chocolate or vanilla, depending on her mood.

Patrick likes to add mandarin zest for a more exotic touch.

To customize” the meringue, Brenda uses food colouring.

Joyce proposes to cook the meringue like patties and top it with fresh fruits and whipped cream.
