Make this easy and quick zucchini flower pizza recipe. It’s a good change from your usual pizza.

1. Place the ricotta cheese in a bowl, add the almond powder, 1 yolk and the basil. Season with salt, pepper and combine well. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th. 7).

2. Remove the pistil of the zucchini flowers then gently stuff with the ricotta cheese mixture. Mix the whipping cream with parsley, the egg and the second yolk. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Place the pizza dough on a mould covered with parchment paper. Place the stuffed zucchini flowers and the pine nuts on the dough, then pour the egg-cream mixture last. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
