  Ingredients

1. Peel the vegetables, slice them finely with a mandolin or a vegetable peeler.

2. Deep fry the vegetables in separate batches in oil at 140°C till golden brown. Salt lightly.

Our tips: you can make your own chips all year long with all kind of vegetable, Jerusalem artichokes, parsnips...
