Mushroom tempura

For appetizer, here is a mushroom tempura recipe,

1. Clean the mushrooms with a dry cloth. Cut them into strips. Wash, dry and chop the parsley.

2. Prepare the tempura batter: whisk in a in a bowl ice water with the whole egg. While whisking, gradually incorporate flour, then add the parsley and mix.

3.  Heat the frying oil. Dip the mushrooms slices in tempura batter, drain them slightly and then soak them gently in hot oil. Fry for 20 seconds.

4. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve warm.
