For a healthy and easy dish, prepare a sautéed mushrooms with coriander.

  Ingredients

1. Rinse and cut mushrooms into strips.

2. In a large skillet, pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil and cook mushrooms.

3. Sprinkle lemon juice and simmer for about 5 minutes

4. Serve hot with some finely chopped coriander leaves.
