Ingredients
1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into long strips. Sauté for 5 minutes in a pan with butter and 1 tablespoon of water. Season and add the nutmeg.
2. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Crush the hazelnuts. Spread the ricotta cheese in the bottom of a baking dish. Add the pumpkin slices in overlapping them. Sprinkle with hazelnuts, then sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
