Grilled vegetable pizza

What about a pizza with grilled vegetables? Get cooking!

1. Roll out the pizza dough on the baking sheet, keeping the parchment paper. Refrigerate. Preheat the oven to 240°C (th. 8).

2. Cook the potatoes in their skins in boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, wash, remove seeds and cut peppers into strips. Peel and cut the onions into thin slices.

3. Rinse and cut the zucchini into slices. Stir-fry quickly in a pan with a little olive oil and 1 sprig of thyme, salt and pepper. When the potatoes are cooked, pass them quickly under cold water and cut them into thick slices (keeping the skin).

4. Spread the  tomato sauce on the pizza dough. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper and add olive oil. Then arrange zucchini, potatoes, peppers and onions. Add the cheese, 1 dash of olive oil and remaining thyme. Bake for 15 minutes.

5. Let cool for 5 minutes out of the oven. Place rocket salad on the pizza and enjoy immediately.
