Chorizo and pepper pizza

1. Preheat the oven and set to broiler position. Line aluminum foil in a baking sheet, place peppers, and bake for 20 minutes, turn peppers regularly. Remove from oven and leave to cool.

2. Remove the chorizo skin and cut into slices. Peel the peppers and cut them in half.
Remove seeds and cut them into strips.
Preheat oven to th. 7-210°C.

3. Slightly oil a baking sheet and roll out the dough. Spread tomato coulis and arrange peppers and chorizo. Salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve pizza immediately.
