Start your meal with a quick and easy recipe to make a cauliflower salad.

1. Separate cauliflower into florets and discard the central stem, then rinse. In salted boiling water, cook for about 5 minutes to keep them crisp. Drain and let cool.

2. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, dry, thin out and mince coriander. In a bowl, combine vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle oil to make a vinaigrette.

3. In a bowl, toss cauliflower and onion. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve warm or cold.
