Caramelized carrot tagliatelle

  Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6).

2. Peel the carrots and with a vegetable peeler cut into thin tagliatelle (or with a mandolin slicer).

3. Wash, thin out and pat dry the parsley.

4. Line a parchment paper in a baking sheet. Arrange the carrot tagliatelle. Sprinkle with olive oil, sea salt and ground pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.

5. Bake for 20 minutes.
