Here is an original broccoli and potato gratin recipe for a delightful meal

  Ingredients

1. Wash the broccoli and cut into florets.

2. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and cook broccoli for 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3. Peel, wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Pat dry with paper towels.

4. Beat cream with the milk and egg in a bowl. Season and add the nutmeg.

5. Preheat oven to th. 6/7 200 ° C. Cover  6 small gratin dishes with parchment paper. Arrange a layer of potato and broccoli. Season with alt and pepper. Repeat the same process with remaining vegetables. Pour the cream mixture and bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
