We suggest this recipe to cook a potato gratin. A great dish for kids and adults.

  Ingredients

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Sauté the onion in the butter. Salt and pepper.

2. Then combine cream and flour, and heat over low heat.

3. Arrange the potatoes in a baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake the gratin for 1 hour at 180°C (th. 6).
