For dessert, we propose you this walnut tart recipe. Easy to make and yummy!

1. Roll out the pastry into a buttered and floured mould and tart pan. Prick with a fork. Place in the fridge while preparing the mixture.

2. Crush the walnuts, quickly blend.

3. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan. When it tooks a beautiful golden color, remove from the heat and add the liquid cream while stirring. Add honey and nuts. Mix well and then finish with the egg yolks. Stir to obtain a smooth mixture.

4. Pour the filling with nuts on the tart shell. Bake for 10 minutes. Arrange the walnuts on top and bake for about 30 minutes.

5. Leave to cool completely. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
