General informations
Ingredients
1. Wash rice and place in a pan. Cover with water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain.
2. In a second saucepan, combine milk with sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Add the drained rice and stir. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook for 35 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Divide the rice into six cups and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm or cold.
