1. In a pan of boiling water, pour rice and let it cook for 5 minutes. Drain.

2. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan with the vanilla pod cut lengthwise.

3.  Remove the vanilla pod, add the rice and cook for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool.

4. Divide the rice pudding into dishes. Store in the fridge.

5. Wash and hull strawberries.

6. Before serving, unmold the rice pudding directly on plates. Top strawberries on the rice pudding. Sprinkle with sugar and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
