Ingredients
1. Transfer the pastry dough with the parchment paper. Prick the dough with a fork. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C.
2. Prepare the cream by mixing the almonds, sugar, butter until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the egg, rum, flour and mix.
3. Peel the pears, cut in half and remove the seeds. Spread the almond mixture into the tart shell and arrange the pear halves, lightly pressing them. Bake for 40 minutes. The tart should be golden.
