General informations
Ingredients
1. Beat vigorously the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture turns pale.
2. Bring the milk and cream to a boil. Pour over the sugar/egg mixture. Mix and pour into the pan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, let cool a few minutes.
3. Gently add the nutella while stirring. Pour into small glasses or glass yoghurt jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
