Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Mix flour, baking powder and cornflour in a bowl. Don;t work the dough too much. Whisk the sugar, vanilla and eggs and then add the oil and butter in another bowl.
2. Buttered and floured the muffin paper cups. Pour he mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes. When the cakes are golden, let cool.
3. Mix the icing sugar with the egg white and lemon juice. Melt the chocolate with 1 tablespoon of water in a saucepan, stirring.
4. Spread the frosting on the cupcakes, pipe a round of chocolate and add a candy.
