General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6).
2. Mix the butter and sugar until a pale colour. Add the eggs, one by one, and mix. Gradually add flour, baking powder and instant coffee, stir.
3. Place the baking paper cups on a baking sheet. Pour the batter to three-quarters. Bake for 20 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting the tip of a knife: it should come out clean.
4. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack.
5. Prepare the cream: heat the coffee with honey and let cool.
6. Whip the cream into chantilly. Then, add the icing sugar while continuing to whip.
7. Fill a pastry bag with the mixture, and pipe on cupcakes. Drizzle with coffee. Serve immediately.
