  Ingredients
  •   125  g heavy cream
  •   250  g sugar
  •   375  g flour
  •   1 packet baking powder
  •   2 eggs
  •   2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). In a bowl, mix 125 g of cream, 250 g of sugar, 375 g of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder.

2. Buttered and floured a cake pan. Pour the batter in and bake for 45 minutes.
