Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in pieces in a bain-marie.
2. Mix the flour, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Stir in the chocolate and butter.
3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks and mix. Add the milk and mix.
4. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Stir them gently to the preparation, by gently lifting the mass. Add the cherries and mix. Buttered a loaf pan and pour in the batter.
5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Insert a knife to check the doneness, it should come out clean. Remove the cake from the oven, unmold immediately and let cool on a rack.
