Tomato mozzarella farfalle is a dish that will please everyone.

  Ingredients

1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as indicated on the package. Drain and set aside.

2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the mozzarella into pieces. Peel the onion and garlic and chop. Rinse and mince basil. Keep some leaves for decoration.

3.  Sauté the onion and garlic in oil. Add the tomatoes and basil. Cook for a few minutes, salt and pepper. Add the pasta, mozzarella and mix well.

4. Adjust seasoning if necessary and divide the mixture into plates. Decorate with some basil and serve.
