Savoury tomato sage and mozzarella cake

  Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 200°C. Pour the tomatoes and their juice in the bowl of a blender and puree until very smooth. Wash, dry and chop the sage. Roughly chop mozzarella.

2. Pour the flour and yeast in a bowl. Make a hole in the center. Pour oil, tomato puree. Salt and pepper. Stir, then add the eggs one by one
Add the mozzarella and sage. Mix well.

3. Buttered and floured a loaf pan. Pour in the mixture and gently tap the bottom of the mold on the work surface to remove any air bubbles.

4. Bake for 10 minutes, then bring then lower to th. 6-180°C and cook 30 minutes.

5. Check for doneness with a knife (it should come out clean). Let cool the cake, then turn it out onto a rack. Serve warm or cold.
