General informations
Ingredients
1. Peel the onions and immerse for 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain and slice.
2. Melt 50 g of butter in a pan and fry the onions over low heat for 10 minutes. Drain and pour into a bowl. Salt and pepper and sprinkle with nutmeg. Add the cream and stir.
3. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Buttered 6 small gratin dishes and divide the onion mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and some butter knobs. Bake for 10 minutes.
4. Set the oven on grill position and brown for 5 minutes. Serve immediately, directly into the baking dishes.
