Fish and lasagna gratin

Make this unique fish and lasagna baked dish for a satisfying meal.

1. Prepare the béchamel. In a pant, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix to create the roux then add the milk and cream. Whisk until a thick sauce.

2. Chop the fish coarsely. Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the packet until they are al dente, then spread on a cloth.

3. Preheat the oven at 200°C (th. 6/7). Pour in 2 tablespoons of oil in the gratin dish.

4. Spread a thin layer of béchamel on the base of the dish and then arrange a layer of lasagna. Add a layer of fish, béchamel and repeat with the remaining ingredients.

5. After the last layer of pasta, cover with béchamel. Sprinkle with parmesan and chopped butter. Bake until it is golden for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
