Ham and béchamel crêpes

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (th. 6).

2. To prepare béchamel. Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour, whisk to combine. Gradually add milk while beating until thickened and smooth texture. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.

3. Peel and slice mushrooms. Sautéed in a pan with butter for 3-4 minutes. drain.

4. Cut ham into small squares. Add the mushrooms, ham and béchamel.

5. Spread the mixture over each crêpes, fold them. Place the stuffed crêpes in a baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
