Tartlets with cherry tomatoes

1. Peel and slice the onions. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the onions. Wash, dry and loosen the thyme.

2. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 200°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut 6 circles of the size of the tartlet pans. Buttered the moulds, transfer the dough and prick with a fork.

3. Divide the onions on the bottom of the tartlets and arrange on each 5 red cherry tomatoes and 5 yellow cherry tomatoes. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme. Bake for 20 minutes.
