Here's a quick recipe to prepare marinated chicken breasts. Enjoy!

1.Mix the juice of 2 lemons, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 chopped parsley bunch. Brush the chicken breasts with the mixture. Put them in a dish and pour over the remaining marinade. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Cut 4 sheets of aluminum foil, large enough to form papillotes. Place each piece of chicken in the center of a sheet, pour over the marinade, fold the edges. Bake for 25 minutes.
