Prawn skewers with lime marinade

For starter, serve your guests marinated prawns skewers. It is so easy to prepare.

1. Wash the prawns, thread 4 prawns onto wooden skewers, from head to tail so that they are rounded. Place them in a bowl and set aside.

2. Prepare the marinade: squeeze the lime over a bowl and emulsify with salsa spices and oil. Pour over the skewers to coat. Wrap with cling film and place in refrigerator 30 minutes.

3. Drain the skewers, sprinkle with sea salt and in a large oiled pan (or barbecue or griddle), cook them for about 3 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Serve immediately into 4 plates.
