General informations
Ingredients
1. Peel the ginger and grate it with a microplane. Peel the garlic, remove the green germ, and mince it finely.
2. Combine the grated ginger, minced garlic, mirin dressing, soy sauce, sake and sugar in a shallow bowl.
3. Cut the chicken breasts into large cubes and place them in the teriyaki sauce and let marinate for 2 hours. Wash and chop finely the chives.
4. Heat up oil in a wok. Add the chicken until done with a golden brown color. Then pour the teriyaki sauce and cook 5 minutes, stir constantly.
5. Divide the chicken evenly among six bowls, drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with chives.
