Ingredients
1. Peel and chop the onion. Wash and peel off the parsley. Cut the chicken into pieces. Squeeze the lime.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion without coloring. Add the chicken pieces and let brown on all sides, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lime juice and add 1 cup of water. Sprinkle colombo and cook for 40 minutes.
3. At the end of the cooking, arrange the Habanero chili peppers over the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the peppers and serve with white rice.
