Ingredients

1 kg minced chicken
1 onion, peeled and grated
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 lemon zest
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 slices stale bread, no crust
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper

1. Soak the bread in warm water then drain. Mix the meat with onions, garlic, lemon zest and oregano.

2. Form small balls of around 6 cm in diameter.

3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
