For a pleasant variant, add chicken to your burger and you will get a more balanced and sophisticated dish.

1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180ºC. Wash and dry the lettuce and tomatoes. Cut into julienne the lettuce and slice the tomatoes.

2. In a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil, fry the chicken fillets for 3 minutes on each side, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, bake the buns for 6 minutes.

3. On the basis of the hot buns, divide the salad and tomatoes, drizzle with a little oil and place the cooked chicken, then cover.

Our cooking tip:  To enhance the taste, brush with mustard the buns.
