For your small cravings, what about a spice bread with smoked duck breast club sandwich.

General informations
Ingredients
1. Spread the fig jam on 1 slice of the spice bread, also known as pain d’épices. Then place 1 slice of smoked duck breast and lamb’s lettuce.
2. Cover with a second slice of smoked duck breast and top with 1 slice of spice bread. Cut the sandwich in triangle.
Our cooking tip: Use Skewers or long toothpicks to hold all the layers together.
