General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven at th. 7 – 210°C. Cut the pork from the centre and slide 1 sprig of rosemary inside. In a pan, simmer the milk but do not let it boil.
2. Melt the butter in a pot. Place the roast pork in and brown on all sides with the whole unpeeled garlic. Season with salt and pepper and pour in the hot milk. Place the bay leaves on the roast and sprinkle the rosemary leaves. Cover the pot and bake for 1hour 15 minutes.
3. Serve with tomato confit and a green salad.
