General informations
Ingredients
1. Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut into pieces and steam for 15 minutes.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic without coloring. Add the minced meat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Salt and pepper.
3. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. With a fork, mash the zucchini. Grease a baking dish with oil and spread the minced meat and top with the zucchini puree. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately when it is golden brown.
