Your will love this salad with marinated beef in spicy sauce.

1. Cook the angel hair in a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and set aside. Wash, dry and loosen the mint and the cilantro.

2. Prepare the sauce: chop the chilli peppers finely. Mince the ginger and lemongrass. Combine the sesame oil, fish sauce, soy sauce and lime juice. Incorporate the chilli pepper, lemongrass and ginger.

3. Cut the beef into strips, then marinate in the sauce for 15 minutes. Fry the beef over high heat for 3 minutes in a hot pan.

4. Chop the peanuts finely. Grate the carrots and mix with the beansprouts. Incorporate the angel hair, then the meat and the cooking juices. Sprinkle with peanuts and decorate with mint leaves and cilantro before serving.
