Who does not know lasagna? For those of you who still have doubts about the preparation and ingredients follow our process to make your favorite recipe.

1. Prepare the lasagna according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and place on a clean cloth. Peel and chop the garlic and onions.

2. For the sauce, heat the oil in a saucepan. Toss the meat, garlic and onions for 5 minutes while stirring. Add salt and pepper, tomatoes and their juices. Cook for 15 minutes over moderate heat.

3. Preheat the oven at th. 7 – 210°C. Spread the lasagna sheets on a baking dish, then alternate with a layer of sauce, bechamel and lasagna. End with the bechamel. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes. Serve.

Our cooking tip: You can season with herbs or fresh mint.
