If you get hungry, here is a recipe to make healthy wraps. They are perfect for a quick meal.

1. Mix ketchup, cottage cheese and dill. Beat the eggs and make a thin omelet.

2. Spread the cottage cheese on the wraps. Place a slice of ham, the omelet and sprinkle with paprika.

3. Roll the wraps tight.
