This tropical omelet is served for dessert. It is topped with slices of pineapple, mango, kiwi and cherries.

Ingredients
1. Beat the eggs with sugar, the Cointreau and half of the cream Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the batter. Cook on each side and fold it into an omelet.
2. Cut the fruits into cubes and mix them together. Place them on the plates.
3. Fold the omelet on a dish and serve with the rest of the cream.
