Strawberry and peach salad

Here’s a great recipe for a salad of strawberries and peaches. A fresh fruity dessert and perfect for summer.

1. Cut 500 g of strawberries in half and 2 peaches (peach in syrup) peeled and cut into strips. Put them in a salad bowl.

2. Pour into a saucepan 75 g of sugar, 10 cl of water, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and some zests. Bring to a boil. Add some chopped fresh mint leaves and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let infuse for 10 minutes.

3. Strain the still warm syrup over the fruits, mix and set aside to cool. Before serving, divide into 4 cups.

Our tip: Place 1 mint leaf or crushed pistachios in each cup.
