Apricot and peach pizza

1. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Immerse the peaches for 20 seconds in boiling water, then under cold water. Peel, cut in half, pit and slice.

2. Rinse, pat dry apricots, pit and slice.

3. Roll out the pizza dough on the floured baking sheet. Combine the mascarpone with 60 g of sugar. Spread the mixture over the pizza.

4. Arrange, alternating, the peach and apricot slices. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and poppy seeds. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
